Margie Lints, Broker, REALTOR, has been a full-time, active REALTOR in the New Smyrna Beach area since 1980.  Consistently being a top producing agent and the recipient of numerous sales awards from the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS.

Lois Laprade, Broker's Assistant, REALTOR, has been working in the marketing and sales of real estate in the New Smyrna Beach area for over 23 years and has been working with Margie since 1986.  Lois assists Margie in all aspects of marketing, sales and management of Magnolia Properties. 

Robert J. "Rob" Barringer, REALTOR, was born & raised in New Smyrna Beach & is a graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School.  Before joining Magnolia Properties in early 2009, he had 4+ years of full-time real estate sales experience.  He brings a wealth of experience, particularly from the waterfront perspective, having grown up on the water in this area.
