In 2004, Margie opened Magnolia Properties, and along with husband, Rodney, renovated a 1948 former church at 303 Magnolia Street, in downtown New Smyrna Beach, into a state-of-the-art real estate office.

Lois Laprade, Broker's Assistant and REALTOR, has 22+ years of real estate experience in the New Smyrna Beach real estate market, and assists Margie in all aspects of marketing, sales and management of Magnolia Properties.
